Rotary Surface Cleaner for stucco walls?

hey guys I haven’t done a lot of pressure washing. But one of my commercial customers asked me to quote washing their synthetic stucco walls on a large store at the mall.
It would involve a lift of course.
I was wondering if you guys use any small rotary cleaners to speed that up and what advise you would have for how much a guy could cover per hour with a 4000 PSI 4 GPM machine? I know the large surface cleaners would be too heavy but are there any small ones you use or recommend?
I’m a little out of my league here, but I hate to turn down work and I do appreciate any advice you can give me!

Search for:
“Stucco”
“Dryvit”
“EIFS”

Don’t use pressure. Not unless you want to replace their siding system.

That surface cleaner for walls should only be used on plain concrete and a lot of steps.

@Infinity was right. In my opinion you shouldn’t be bidding on an EIFS building if you have to ask that question. Messing up some EIFS can wreck your business quickly. (But you DO have good insurance, right???)

Surprise Atlas, yes I have a couple million dollars worth of insurance. And I know enough to know I don’t know enough. That’s why I’m asking here. Thank you for the responses. Anybody care to say how many square feet they can do for a hour when using a lift?

Nobody that says they have a couple of million in insurance has Insurance.
We all know exactly how much insurance we have .

That’s where you would be wrong.

“A couple million” does not mean, “I dunno”.
It’s a definite quantity. Like this: $2,000,000.00

Thank you infinity. I did a lot of research when they wanted me to patch some of this, and learned the difference between synthetic and real stucco. There’s some guy in YouTube- I think his name is Kirk Giordano he’s really amazing and fun to watch. I can see this stuff would be easy to damage, But are you telling me nobody pressure washers it? Or just that you really have to know what you’re doing? (Just for the record, I’m not somebody that thinks they can do everything. It’s just that I have customers that are always wanting me to do something else for them. Sometimes after investigating, I might try something I haven’t done before)

I do but it’s typically before we do the repairs or to purposefully blast off the delaminated areas. Cleaning prior allows for better material bonding.
