Second roof tomorrow buddy, sold the whole deal for 1400. Talked to a local shop and selling me their roof soap so no gain, unless you are talking about gaining profits. Hired my buddy and got hiscox work comp policy and payroll set up. We all start somewhere. The last home owner was so happy they gave me a 100 dollar tip and a referral
See now that’s what I’m talking about you went to a local shop who probably knows what they are doing. I’m sure you are paying to much for it but that’s your choice. So are you actually going to do the work this time or are you still relying on someone else? Also do you present yourself as you are the guy who knows what he is doing or are you telling your customers it’s your second roof?
I tell the customers nothing more than they ask. Do you tell your customer that they are your 3xxx house washed?
