Roof to house wash ratio?

Joined Thumbtack to get a feeling for the local market. I am seeing about 4 roof washes to every house wash. Maybe 2 or 3 surface cleanings for every house wash. It’s very surprising to me but it makes sense since I am not seeing very many dirty houses.

I read somewhere that you’ll get more roof work if the houses are packed in right next to each other. Easier for the bacteria to spread.

In my Country, in many places in town houses are not just right next to each other, but completely attached to each other and that has completely another effect on it, you cannot shoot chemicals unless you wash all the houses attached to one another altogether until you reach that last one attached, so the chemicals won’t hit another house from it. Easier for the bacteria to spread, but I guess same goes for SH as well here.

Might be a way around that ie taping a drop cloth down at the property line maybe?

Maybe, but I don’t know, should be tested, I still don’t run the business still no equipment, just learning and analyzing my market and everything, it’s much different than in US though, I imagine neighbors will be jealous and say don’t touch my house, I don’t care how you wash it, and things like that because they cannot afford themselves, but if there’s a will there’s a way probably. Then there are plenty other houses completely separated in their big yards and so. Thanks.

Many times we have done section of multi unit building. To me its ridiculous and looks foolish. I’m my area if from hoa’s not setting up the fees correctly. And only do the really bad ones. Instead of the whole building. It can be done though
