Looking for a good roof sealer? Any suggestions? Also, I was wondering what would you charge per sq ft ?
Roof sealing is a scam . Just clean it when it gets dirty.

Is it really? There’s one guy in Florida, near us (not naming names, but has a youtube channel) who advertises this.
Just doing research right now… not taking any leaps just yet. This is how I feel the family. Everything needs to be legit in order to work for my company. I’m not knocking anybody else out there. Maybe just a bad topic.
Have you ever seen how bad a driveway looks when the sealer started to fail . Imagine that on a roof. Only solution is to seal it again and hope for the best.
It’s like painting a driveway. Once you do it your only choice is do it again but at some point you cannot do it again without stripping off the old stuff.
It’s a scam don’t get involved. Any company that does it is only worried about making money reguardless of how it effects the customer later on

I’ve seen it many times first hand . Its a mess with no real solution.
Yes there is a company near me in palm harbor that pushes it . The same company that makes there own sealer . The same company involved in multiple law suits from there 10 year warranty they used to sell there products.
Makes sense, I also see that sealing only works effectively when there is no gaps. Hence resanding driveways before sealing. I’m just mixing info for now and make a decision. I don’t plan on leaving this topic up just for little bit and then removing it. I mostly interested pricing cost pros and cons. This topic will be deleted within next few hours.

The gap has little to do with the sealers ability to function or last. It’s purely for looks. Nobody want there pavers to look like they have thick tile grouting.
