Really the 4% should have done it. Cling on and roof snot pretty much same thing from what iv seen everyone saying on here… Maybe u can find some answers in some of these post
Where do you live? 20 gals of 12.5 and 40 gal of water will give you a nice low 3% mix which is what most asphalt shingles will need. Add about $8 of snotmenade, how do you figure your costs at $260. I figure my mix runs just under $1 per gallon ready to go. Snotmenade is .15/gal of mix, so even if you were paying $5/gal for SH you’d still be under $2/gal for your mix.
So even at my price for 1 story roofs of $.20/ft - each gal of mix should cover 50 sq ft, maybe more if shallow pitch, which we…
This one here may have a Lil more info in it
About 7 - 8 min is sweet spot. Just for kicks mix up a small batch, say 10 gal. 3 SH and 7 water and add more soap. If you’ve got some roof snot use it 1 oz per gal, if not bump up the elemonator a good bit. You’ll save some money using less bleach and a little more soap. 4% direct applied is screaming hot. Sure you don’t care on this project, but learn to use the least amount of chemicals necessary to do the job effectively. Just my humble opinion to being a good steward of the environment.
