? Have any of you ever have problems rinsing the soffits after a house wash. I rinsed them like 10min, they appear white, but when I return they are dripping dirt or orange stains.
Are they perforated vinyl? If so, rinse at a long angle, keep the stream moving, use a 25 degree rinse tip. Do your best to keep water from lifting and getting behind the vinyl, or saturating through the perfs
What size gpm is tour machine? The smaller it is, the longer it’ll take to really rinse those soffits.
When I first started it happened to me twice where I got the orange stains/drips and I quickly realized I have to rinse a whole lot more on those areas.
After doing the higher GPM rinse, lightly spritz it with a HP fan from a distance to keep the dirt from dripping out again.
Or so I’ve found works.
You’re shooting too much water up in them. Be glad that’s your only problem and it’s not getting inside and creating leaks in peoples ceilings which isn’t that hard to do. Let the chem do the work, just lightly rinse or aim towards something not preforated nearby and let just the splash rinse.
