sean Kilgore is working on a similar set up. I think he made a welded frame and covered it with MDO with self-adhesive vinyl applied.

Here is our filtration unit.

Specs are 60+ gpm with self leveling 18k hydraulic jacks computer controlled. The trailer is powder coated to 10 mil thick to prevent any chemical discharge from softening or eating the paint away. The axles are supported not by springs, but a Torflex system. Wheels have 17.5 inch tires and are also G rated 14 steel ply to withstand the load requirements.

Wow! Now that’s a trailer!

Here is my rig I purchased last June!

Nice!

You should see our washers…

Email me and I will send you a link.

Our Rigs are designed to meet the needs of our customers for Parking Garage Deep Cleaning. Since all of our rigs are custom designed to achieve that goal, we are able to DEEP clean up to 280,000 sq ft with 12 men while filtering at a much higher rate then filters currently on the market.

As everyone who has a filter knows, your filter is the key to obtaining the speed needed to clean in a timely manor. Undersize the filter, and your speeds will drop. The filter is the bottleneck of the operation. It does not matter how many washer you have…if the filter can only handle 12 GPM’s for discharge under Ideal conditions, meaning before it starts to clog, then that is the rate you need to wash/ rinse at.

Our Washers can hit over 390+ degrees when needed. As everyone knows, Oil breaks down at 250 degrees…synthetic oil breaks down at 300 degrees. The average washer, with 360,000 to 485,000 BTU’s can hit 160 to 200 degrees under FULL FLOW from their 4.8 to 5.3 GPM pumps, depending on the ambient temperature of course. A steam valve takes a portion of that flow and redirects it back to the tank. The problem with doing that, you do not get the PSI and you will be washing with only a portion of your water GPM, thus your cleaning units will diminish from lack of a full GPM flow.

We designed our washers to flow at 6-12 GPM at 400 degrees with over 4,500 PSI, though we usually run them much lower at 6 GPM at 300 degrees at 3,750 psi . Our Boilers are 1.1 million BTU’s each and can be combined to run at 2.2 million BTU’s when needed. Our Coils are 3/4 inch and the length of the coils are built special for us. Since we designed the first unit back in 2004, we are seeing more and more higher end units using 3/4 inch coils for obvious performance reasons.

We do nothing but Parking Garage or Parking Deck DEEP Cleaning. If the price is right, we have been known to travel outside the state of California. Since California is so strict on PPM discharge, we have no problem meeting other states regulations for discharge.

I also wanted to point out, that since I do not have an edit button for some reason, the psi may stay the same under steam valve mode. It depends on the set up you have, but the flow rate will decrease due to lack of BTU’s over GPM’s.

Jim-- your equipment is sic dude. I would like to know what size hose your running there in the back of that trailer.

All you guys have some amazing rigs! Someday…

You get someone local to do the graphic skin?

Thanks John !

Our hoses are 1.5 inch. We need that for both Volume and resistance to meet our discharge spec’s.

We can discharge up to 1200 ft from filter to the discharge location.

The intake can suck the waste over 35-70 ft away at 60-90 GPM.

Back in 1992, our filters had a 5/8 garden hose for discharge. We found that this restriction created such a back flow pressure, that our pumps was burning up. The max flow was under 15-20 GPM when we went over x amount of feet for discharge, but again, that was 22 years ago. The design is long gone.

Also, we upgraded the pumps from 120 volt 2 HP to 240 volt 3-5 hp pumps. We have 4 of these pumps on this trailer. We also have a water cooled Kubota 4 cyl diesel Generator to power the trailer and the filter pumps.

We came along way since 1992 and since we do not sell any of our custom equipment, fellow contractors can learn from our trial and errors.

Yes Sir, they do the vinyl for all of our stuff.
