Does any one know anything about this I asked I was doing a customers flat work and asked him to call when the building got dirty he said it was guaranteed to not get algae for 25 years

I have a few clients that have it. Definitely not mold or algae free. They do have 25 year warranty though.
Yea I dont think many pepole around here will be spending that kinda money on paint
