Review for Powerwashing Entry Level Kit

Oh, the axle shaft came out while driving it.

Stupid retaining clip came out and the bearings left a trail. The race got me aggravated so I took the air chisel to it then had to fill up the gouges with weld and polish it back down. This cart has been a pain but it was free. Can’t get parts for it. I put the oil seal in with RV gasket sealer around it lol. That’s why I needed the cheerwine floats

…to be messing with that problematic golf cart too…

Touche. Replacement cart was bought 30 minutes ago

Goodness! That looks like a headache. Can’t see the pic of the new one but it sounds like you don’t have to mess with that one anymore unless you just get a wild hair

I’m having a hard time uploading a pic for some reason

Talk about an upgrade! That thing is slick.

Back up camera. Lithium battery. Gotta put some terrain tires on it. Even has Bluetooth Radio, like I’ll ever figure out how to hook that up

What sort of range can you get on a charge? And what will the backup camera wiring be used for?

Brought it from the store to the shop, then straight to Christmas family shindig at my sister’s. Supposedly it will get 40 miles per charge. Think I can wire up my deer winch to the back up camera

I may have edited the left side of the card for my own amusement with my brothers and sister

I dig it. You can go play a quick 9 then take it out to the hunting camp. Dual purpose!

I’ve been to the mini golf with the kids, but I’ve never stepped foot on a golf course. No self respecting man can say they had rather golf than tinker in the shop or take their kids frog giggin.

Can’t hide money. Deer will be laughing at you cruising thru the woods in that shiney blue thing, LOL.

I love golfing. Got into about five years ago and it’s just a damn good time to go out and have a few cold drinks and relax on a Sunday. The wife drives the cart and plays caddie and I do my best not to shoot triple digits. All in all, it’s fun and pretty good exercise if you really practice a lot.

And, compared to most of my other tinker projects, it’s pretty cheap lol I just dropped about $5k on my truck with new parts and some doodads and doohickeys so $50 for a round of golf is a drop in the bucket.

I’ve had the same golf cart for 10 years now (Wow! time flies!). I built the engine in my kitchen. I may get crazy & upgrade it again next year for engine swap #5. It’s plenty dangerous as it is, but a Honda S2000 or K series just might be big fun.

What you got in there now? I had a beach buggy years ago with a 4AGE blacktop in it, factory quad throttle bodies, revved out to 8000 all day long. Split my head open one time on the bar work, I couldn’t fit in it with a helmet, sold the buggy still have the scar.

Today, it’s got an OBD1 16 valve 1.6 Geo Tracker engine out of a 1995 model, everything is EFI. I’ve babied it but it has exceeded 8,000 rpms when needed. There is no rev limiter. We don’t like rev limiters.

I’d love to put a 2.3 in it out of a Suzuki Aerio next, but they are getting pretty old at this point & I don’t want to put anything too old under the hood of my rig… but still might get crazy if the right one comes along. But even that is a very involved swap. Any engine swap can only be taken too lightly. It can only be underestimated. If anyone tells you otherwise, they ain’t done one.

I hear ya! Many don’t think past the engine mounts :joy::joy:. Have an LSX ready to go, just need to harass and abuse my buddy a bit more to sell me his 69 Camaro shell, I might go egg his house later on if the rain stops.
