I was wondering how many of yalls residential clients are repeat customers

I would say probably 50 to 60% are repeat or referrals.

I think ours might be around 40% now

How about what do you guys do to get them to use you again??? reminder letters???

Nothing at this point but I am wanting to start sending letters out for that reason. I have a few customers that didnt remember that we did the work but called us again. I think I would get a lot more if I were to do that

Most of my customers call, I had a pretty packed schedule this year without calling .

Once a year we send out reminders to all the customers we have .it helps drum up some biz. the main reason for returns is a satisfied customer and makeing sure they are completely happy when the jobs done

We use service CEO and call back the past years customers for each month.

Its called excell my wife does most of the filing and mailing

another thing that alot of customers say they remember us by is are magnets we leave them with one in the invoice and they slap em on the fridge cards get lost or tossed not saying cards are not good we use them to
