Anyone know how to remove these black stains. The rust I think I can get up but the black ones I have no idea

That’s the shadow from the beams from the screen enclosure.

That looks like the grease that spills from a grill cup. Or like charcoal water from a grill.
Try a degreaser, I highly recommend r202 which is one fellow PWRA recommended years ago and I’ve been using ever since.
Not sure if a degreaser would remove it but it’s worth a shot, also use the surface cleaner or a turbo nozzle, gotta push out any grime stuck in the pores.
For rust we use oxalic acid purchased from Florida labs on Amazon (mix 6oz/gallon, max). But for touch ups like that you can also use barkeeper’s friend which also has oxalic in it. Scrub it in, let it sit then rinse.
