I’ve hit this area 3 times with SH and it has only faded mildly. Any ideas on what it could be and how I can remove it? If it was rust, I would F9 Barc it. However, there isn’t rust there. No exposed nailhead, etc.

Maybe try one restore. Also I’ve found if stucco or eifs is really bad it’ll leave a shadow

I’ve had stucco I’ve had to hit with 5% 4-5 times. Did you try lightly brushing?
You can try what Nick suggested above, but we’re not miracle workers. Some stains are meant to be, and paint was invented, lol.
