When are you required to reclaim water in the state of Ohio? I’m interested in setting up accounts cleaning concrete with fast food chains when the time is right. Should reclaiming be a concern?

Best thing to do is go to each town hall you’ll be working in.
Federal law states nothing shown the storm drain.
State level, go to ohio.gov and look for wastewater regulations or stormwater regs.
They may have some sort of handbook.
