Looking for some help with equipment for parking garage cleaning.
There are 6 garages totaling about 500,000 square feet. The biggest single garage is 170,000 square feet and I can only work from 12am - 6am every night. Also, the ceiling is only 7 feet tall with sprinkler systems ALL OVER so I have to figure out how to run the skid unit without the heat setting the sprinklers off.
Can anyone recommend a equipment that is capable of reclaiming and reusing the water for cleaning? if this is not enough information to make a suggestion, please ask away!
The plug is glycerin filled and it’s designed to expand and shatter. It happens at a relatively low temperature. They don’t carry much pressure until the the system senses the low pressure and the pump kicks in. Wish I could play with everything behind that door in the pump room
Turn the sprinkler system off while your cleaning Einstein. Locate the valve turn if off and start washing. I’ve done it many times when I’ve had to use hot water next to them, didn’t want to risk anything.
did you have to get permission from the fire department or hte facility to just shut off the sprinklers? just because you shut off a water valve doesn’t mean alarms or the plug wont still break right?
So you get an obvious answer to one of your questions which helped you out, then go and insult afterwards because you don’t like his answer about another thing you know zero about. Off to a good start…
sorry i didn’t mean to insult. just doesn’t make sense. you are right i don’t know a ton about it but from research you can’t just run your wastewater down a drain.
storm drain to nearest body of water, sanitary sewer to a treatment plant. this facility’s told me ‘only rain down the drain’ thats why im trying to find a closed loop system if possible.
Say… what ever happen to the parking lot extraordinaire @Innocentbystander@Infinity and @squidskc cuz i know he tried so hard to Find a purpose in his post.
