pump ran without water. now it dont work. unloader valve is ok. can I rebuild pump or do I need a new one?

It appears you have a homeowner washer.
You’re better off buying a new pump and slapping it on than trying to rebuild the current one.
Don’t try to rebuild. Get a new pump or a real machine. This is not really a place for homeowners/do it yourselfers.
If you’re trying to get into the business don’t start out with that machine. And read a lot more.

Go to a rental store and rent one. You’ll be money ahead.
or find a used unit on FB marketplace, ton of the residential models there for cheap
