Rapture discs vs. thermal relief values?

Just recently purchased a 8gpm hot water machine, I recently just put a new thermal relief value for the unloader and was told that I should look into getting new rapture discs. Never heard of it and looking for some advice on which one to get and some info on the difference between the two.

Thanks!

The thermal relief valve lets water out of the pump if it has been run in bypass long enough to heat the water to a point that will damage the seals. A burst disc is a fail safe on a hot water machine to relieve in case the burner stays on with the gun shut off, causing a steam pocket and possibly rupturing the coil.

Hey thanks a lot Russell for the advice.
