Raptor liner

I welded that up myself. Maybe $200 in it. I’d give it to you if you lives close!

Oh wow, that’s an incredibly generous offer. I’m in Kentucky, so I am a few hours away, but I’d be more than happy to come pick it up if you’re serious! I’ve been looking online for the last couple of hours and haven’t found one like it. Custom made makes sense. Do you like bourbon?

Ill take it if he don’t want it @SchertzServicesLLC, @DisplacedTexan said as long as your delivering all the way to Arkiesaw then throw a couple cat boxes on there. your such a giving person man lol.

I don’t have a need for it! I have a 200 gallon flat bottom tank that fits under it. I’d sell that for $200 and I paid like $400 for it 2 years ago.

Doesn’t come with the reels. I’d have to measure it and make sure it fits length and width for you.

@Hotshot that’s a heck of a drive :joy:

@SchertzServicesLLC I love my raptor liner put it in all my trucks. I have spilled chemicals, paint, salt and brine in the back of it it. I did learn the hard way to double the coating it really makes a difference if you spill chems or salt brine

That’s a great offer at the price of steel these days.

Just let me know. It’s probably froze to the ground but the forklift can fix that!

I had sh and brine eat right through it in a year. Have a couple holes in the bed already.

Did you put the epoxy down first. Did you spray it for the thin or double coat

I primed it first then sprayed 2 coats. But the bed was already thinning where it went through. Rest of it looks ok.

Damn it was so promising! Started reading this thread without looking at the date and then saw it was 2 years old. Kept scrolling to see the final setup, then it went backwards lol. Is raptor liner the same stuff that they charge a fortune for to install professionally? You know that really thick stuff that you see that looks like it came from the factory? I sprayed that flexseal crap, like 10 spray cans worth and 2 months later had rust everywhere again. My custom built skid to hold all of my equipment cost 5 grand (a deal at 166 man hours) and I want it to last. I need to do something before next season to save it. Do you have any pics of the rig with all your equipment mounted?

I do in another thread. Maybe someone can find it and tag you? I have lost all ability to easily find stuff on here lol

No the raptor liner is not near as thick or durable!

Keep in mind it won’t be an exact fit. It’s going to be a little bigger than your Tundra’s bed. It shouldn’t be to hard to to chop it down though.

Thank you for the heads up! We will check the dimensions, but a quick internet search says the 06 Tundra should be about 1.3" narrower than the 02 F-150 which shouldn’t need cutting down (hopefully) as I see he made the skid a little narrower than the whole width of the bed… I’m starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel… I was racking my head trying to see how I will fit everything onto the bed.

It has a couple inches on each side to spare!

How long do you let it cure for before getting wet with water? I’m spraying my bed and skid this weekend, I supposed to go back to work on Tuesday is 2 days enough even though it says 3 on the packaging? It will be 90 deg on Monday
