Rack and hose reel mounts

Say it holds up to 800lbs
PW Reel and supply reel passenger side
Softwash on rear
PW Reel about 30 and 3 sections of 100 ft hose about 30 each 120lbs
One day supply reel and softwash reel

Gonna find someone to run an extra support to hold the back side of the reels.
Think this should be strong enough?

I’ll put the ladder on the driver’s side to offset some of that weight.

Not giving you grief, but a ladder rack that is only $299 isn’t something that you want to hang reels on. Think about 200 lbs of reel and hose bolted thru that thin metal when you got a big pot hole or curb check hard.

Definetly on the light side for reels

Thought it seemed cheap, thanks for the advice. I’ll probably just holler at a welder and have em make me something.

Saw it and was like no way that’s cheap

Might just mount the reels on the edge of the bed

Looks exactly like the Harbor Freight ladder rack.

I had seen the same exact one in three different spots under different names. One had 1500lb capacity for 399.
The other two were the same one for 299 and 700

@Southeast.Exterior don’t let those figures fool you, those figures would be for an evenly spread out load across the top. Dangling a few hundred pounds on the sides of those rails is a different story.

I did a review of one of those ladder racks. They are garbage.
