To late. You will be hard shunned for 7 minutes then all will be forgiven.
I’ll just sort of hide back in the background for a few days and let it get buried
They’re trying to distract you with all these other questions so they don’t have to pony up, LOL. You can worry about setup later. Get your reading done.
Haha thanks @Racer
Yes you need insurance before you clean someones property. That way if something happens accidental or not you have the coverage at repair their property. At 15 I doubt you can afford to repair a driveway, home, sidewalk, deck, fence or roof. That’s why it’s required.
I didn’t catch you were that young (kept thinking the 19 year old thread) anyways keep reading and I will send your stuff to a local UPS store etc for you to pickup. Store it and it will last until you’re ready to get started which I think is 16 or 17 based on drivers being insured. We had another 17 year old on here saying he was able to get quoted for insurance. Maybe have your Dad look into it. Good luck.
JAKE, you are an amazing person. Thank you for helping him out.
I wish I was 15 again lol. good looking out guys.
Thanks so much
Because we want to see the kid research and learn the proper methods to go about washing? I think it’s awesome he wants to get out there and make some money rather than sitting down playing video games all day. You even making that comment and making it seem like there’s more to it is awkward.
Thanks so much
@Field I think it would be a great idea if your father also joined the forum to oversee your learning and passion to start a business. I can see both sides to this I would be a bit suspicious as well if gifts started turning up for my children at the front door. But on the other hand I wouldn’t be if I knew that people on here had interaction with me aswel (the father) and knew my sons story. Heck your father might even want to start a pressure washing business with you, that would be a good team. Maybe something to think about.
My parents know about it and are okay with it but I understand both sides
Take my advice young fella.
I will talk to him about it
Lol @MuscleMyHustle that’s the first time I’ve seen someone quote themself. But I totally agree with your entire statement, I think involving parents in all of this (including the forum) is 100% the way to go! I feel like we were coming from a totally wholesome place, remembering the grownups that inspired us to get where we are today… But William is right, if I had a teenage kid and a bunch of random dudes from a forum started sending him gifts, I’d be a little skeeved out too. I just didn’t think of it from that side. Don’t worry @Field, you’ll still get your Suttner gun but I’m addressing it to your parents and only after you get their permission
Probably easier to get insured that way too
Absolutely no problem I understand
I had 2 quotes but had a technical issue lol.
