Quick Connect Socket vs Coupler

Can anyone tell me the difference between these two? They look exactly the same. I’m trying to figure out which one I need to plug into my Suttner 2315.

Wrong size. You need 3/8s for hose into gun and 1/4 for the wand end. Wand end is female. I buy the cheaper stainless quick connects and some last years. I buy mine from Pressuretek.

Unless your not using a wand.

They’re the exact same thing except one is from China and the other based out of St. Louis but still probably made in China.

Yeah, the wand end.

@Clean_Blue Don’t I need male?

@marinegrunt One is a lot more expensive! Are you saying they are the same thing?

Yeah…they’re basically the same thing or at least function exactly the same. The Foster is suppose to be better quality which I’m sure they are. I’ve always just used the cheap ones and they work fine.

You’ll want the exact one you pictured in your first post for the wand end of the gun. 1/4" male

Thanks, guys!

Yes if you’re not using a wand and connecting directly to the gun.
