Question about JIC Fittings - Jump Line

I recently had a new whip line built by a local rent all shop. They put JIC fittings on both end of the jump line. It caused my downstream Injector to stop working. I replaced them with male NPTS to quick connects and the injector started working. Anyone have experience or understand why they JIC fittings didn’t work?

Thanks

It wasn’t necessarily the fitting style so much as their minor diameter. Your injectors check valve is being assisted by a spring always forcing it to close. Once the scale is tipped because of back pressure showing up at the injector the spring handles the rest. The injector I manufacturer has no internal spring which allows it to still work with 430 + feet of outlet hose in front of it. You can check it out here.
