PWRA Benefits

Can anyone help me understand what the benefit is from joining the PWRA?

Debating if this is an investment that will help me today and in the future.

$99 to join both orgs (pwra & wcra) before the door closes indefinitely.

Marketing materials, tons of discounts, at cost printing, private forums, etc, etc. It’s a no-brainer.

The discounts alone pay for my membership renewals each year. I’ve only scratched the surface of what’s available to members

Where can you find that deal at, @Infinity?

Found it.

Will you share the link? I couldn’t find anything explaining the benefits.

I bought our membership.

I’m just now digging into the benefits of it all. I’m pumped for the conference.

You can’t beat the copy of The Window Cleaners Marketing Blueprint. Easy to read, super informative. This alone has paid my price of admission by 10 times already.

The only thing I’m not pumped about is the “insurance discount”. They were rapid to contact and get the quote for liability insurance to me, but when I asked why the policy was $200 more expensive than what I’m currently paying if we get a 25% discount and I haven’t heard a peep since. Fell off the grid.

I should mention that the Window Cleaners Marketing Blueprint works just as well on the Pw side. Just replace the words window cleaning with pressure washing. Easy day.

I was wondering the same thing with the insurance discount. I called for a quote back in April before I was a member of WCRA/PWRA, they replied back with a quote very quick. Now I didn’t get the insurance and the 30 day time period for that quote had expired. So I called back to get another quote from them since I’ve become a member and the quote given to me is exactly the same as before I was a member.

Yeah, the insurance discount is a big rip off. I was quoted a price that “included my PWRA membership” and went with it. Turns out that the liability coverage is the exact same price another local contractor who wasn’t a member at the time of getting his insurance pays.

I will be looking for another provider next year because I feel like I was duped.

Thanks for input everyone I went ahead and bought it looking forward to the marketing read.

If the discount insurance is j walters I’d steer clear.

Didn’t think to do that I saw it was window cleaning and put it to the side will go back and read. Thanks for input.

The forms you get access to, and the cheap printing for marketing, these alone make the membership more than worthwhile. It’s a deal you can’t afford to pass up. Sure am glad we got our membership…

Yeah, i like all the extras, like the forms and stuff. Might join… looks like there is enough swag to make it well worth it.

I wonder why they want to stop accepting new members, like the notice says will happen in a few days? Why limit the growth of the organization?

They said they want to focus on existing members, but to me, it seems like you could still do that by just not doing anything more for new guys… the existing swag would still provide the value.

Yeah that makes no sense to me whatsoever. I figure it’s a marketing ploy to get new members to sign up in fear of missing out.

That’s only for items from the WCR store.
