Pump requirement for a setup with multiple nozzles?

I am brainstorming a custom setup with 6 nozzles running parallel to each other. What rating of a pump will I need? I am curious if increasing the nozzle count significantly affects flow rate.

15gpm minimum 7000psi. You’ll need a 7 nozzle combo.

This is the kind of thing that happens when a pressure washer doesn’t have a winter revenue stream… :joy:  :joy:

We really need some type of filter or application before folks just start posting

It’ll never happen by the looks of it. The good advice and most helpful people are drowned out by the inexperienced throwing out bad advice and posting nonsense without doing a simple search.

I’m sorry, I can delete it if you want :innocent:

Ok hold on guys, let’s hear him out.

What are you looking to achieve?

I want to maximize the area being power washed. I will be specifically removing burned off paint.
I already had a feeling running multiple nozzles would demand more from a system.
I really wanted to see what the experts had to say. So I am here!

I’d say you’re looking more for something along the lines of a SC on a wall…I think less moving nozzles will get you what you’re looking for more efficiently than multiple “fixed” nozzles, in terms of the psi/gpm required.

if your looking to blast, I got the pump for you.
