Contacted General Pump, and they say the gearbox is a ZGRS1000…
The machine is an older GX390.
As for the pump, without the badge, it’s hard to identify, as it can be several models.
He mentioned I would need to remove the pump from the gearbox and look for a stamp on the end of the shaft that’s usually a number or a letter, and remove the manifold to measure the ceramic plungers.
Seller says he’s done routine oil changes and that it runs great.
Yeah, with the slight possibility of being more. I’m probably going to check it out this weekend and do a draw test before deciding. I already have a 4/4 machine, so let’s hope that it’s more than that. But even then, at that price, it could be a good buy regardless
If you bought it, you need to replace those red oil caps on both the pump and gear box. Those are for shipping only and need to be replaced with vented cap on gear box and vented cap/dipstick on pump. Lots of pressure building up inside those cases.
