Briggs and Stratton 4 gpm/4000psi.
I want to make a bypass or just a water dump out of this pump.
Do I remove the brass plug that is front and center in this picture? If not, which one do I remove?
Also, what is the piece on the left with the black plastic barb on it?

Brass barb is your soap injector, metal doodad on the left is your thermal relief valve. Neither will work as a bypass.
Unscrew the brass hex plug, operate the machine and see what it’s doing. You’re not going to hurt anything
