I completed a 6 story historic limestone building and a 4 story apartment both were limestone and old.

I wouldn’t worry about people stealing the photos but it is a possibility. I post photos here sometimes and don’t really think about it. If someone wants to and does steal them it will just come back to them when they get a job out of it and do a horrible job lol.
To be fair, I am not going to post my photos of 30k+ jobs and use them as private portfolio pieces. I don’t want stake holders reverse image searching my images and finding them on 100 websites.

I’m glad it was an over estimation of supplies rather than a job that was aborted.
I don’t mind spending money if I can make it lol. I just don’t want to pay for a heated storage unit this winter.
In most cases I am decent at not floating my own money, luckily I have a considerable amount I can float if needed.
40% down which hopefully covers everything and 60% as my margin. Payouts are required within 14 days.
