One of my 1/2 inch lines hasn’t worked since I bought this proportioner used, and I’m finally getting around to working on it. I’m playing with all the valves and taking stuff apart and blowing through it to see where there’s flow and where’s there’s blockages. Everything flows good except this one part. I’ve narrowed down the blockage to this point. What do you guys think it is? How should I fiddle with this thing? I’ve never seen the inside of a proportioner or check valve in person before
Thats like a $10 part… just replace it.
It’s supposed to only flow in one direction. Make sure the valve is oriented the right way, there’s an arrow on the outside.
I will say however those are highly disposable items and I went through several before getting the better one I suggested before. I chased so many air leaks drove me nuts.
Get one of these clear manifolds when you can.
