I think it’s a cool name Chris, @racer does have a point though it does sound a bit like a pot farm name.
Might be a direction that’s worth considering I hear that they sell for more than the average shrub.
Lol

Man if you put up some dancing bear pictures you will have every aging hippy at your place looking for drugs. Dead heads are also the old followers of the grateful dead. Yeah, I dead head my plants too.

I still like the name though. Good luck to you guys, vegetable season if your doing it. Tomatoes are about 30-40 days from going in ground where I live.

Golly !! we had to cover ours last week from a slight frost but we put ours in the 1st of april. Well the wife did , but I helped…

The old timers rule here is memorial day, but most people put them in the ground before that and cover for the frosts. My wife doesn’t help with the garden. Well, in the course of an entire summer I will see her down there a few times, while she is talking at me, but only once or twice to do something.

Thats awesome, love the name and logo!

Planting mine today.

Lol, rub it in  I love putting in my garden and I love harvesting, some of the weeding I could do without.

Got the tomatoes, bell peppers and cucumbers done today. Hopefully get squash and zucchini done tomorrow.

I’m downsizing this year, still doing cucumbers, hot peppers, tomatoes, green beans, carrots, and radishes, but no melons, no honeydews, and maybe no garlic or onions. Doing way less tomato plants, we had too many tomatoes last year, couldn’t even give the surplus away after freezing and canning. I stopped planting lettuce and corn years ago, not worth the hassle. I let my mom buy zucchini plants for the garden, but I don’t eat it other than zucchini bread. I made a rule years ago, I only plant what I eat, keeps family and friends from asking for different things to be planted. I will never understand how someone can ask you to plant something, water it, weed around it, fertilize it, harvest it, and deliver it, and seem like it is no big deal since you already have a garden.

Our office building was delivered today! Long story short when I went to order this building I got talked into becoming a dealer. I’ve sold 9 buildings so far the last 5 weeks :joy::man_shrugging:t2:

9 more days… dun dun

Amish, Mennonite, or just a local joint? Your other pic you had posted showed lots of sheds. Any chance your doing the swing sets, gym sets, and pvc furniture too? People seem to like buying Adirondack chairs.

They are Mennonite built! Fun bunch of folks! They don’t do any swing sets. They do have some pretty cute kids playhouses!

Well it’s been 12 days since we opened! Plant people are crazy! We have had some days that are unmanageable! We were closed mondays and Tuesday’s and people actually kept running the rope gate over thinking we were open lol. It’s been a blessing. I have also been cursed with poor quality employees on the mowing side and big blue had a lot of complaints while I was busy working at the nursery and not checking on the mowing crews work. So I let one of the guys go and I’m back to mowing. Blaire got a full timer hired and 3 part timers. So I’m somewhat of a free man! Not… lol

Here are some snaps. Hope everyone is having a great season!
