Property for sale / nursery. Thoughts?

Ya everywhere is different. Here if u have a nursery business and it has not shown a loss for three yrs ur good to sign up for it. Friend of mine did it he was in the city limits and they put him in a deep well and a couple of green houses. After three years he said they said he could grow whatever in them. I forget what the grant was called. Maybe it’s one of those who u know grants lol

Would think it would be considered farming u should probably be able to get a gate card to. Heck don’t know till u ask. That would be a big help.

My county has some of the best dirt in the world. That’s why we have so many seed research companies here.

We have some of the finest red clay around :grinning:

Sounds like you got one heck of a deal. Congratulations. Is pot legal there? I hear it has one hell of a profit margin

It will be in the new year. But we’re not growing that stuff lol. My grandma would beat me with a belt.

Yeah, I see what you’re trying to do and I’m just here to tell you it won’t work. He wouldn’t even send me a Schertz Box for my birthday and you think he’s going to send you some of his home grown yankee electric lettuce?

Keep dreaming, buddy!

Even with all the hippies up there? What do they do all grow their own?

While I’m asking you questions I have one more. Have you ever went into the woods in search of Mick Dodge? I’d love to meet that guy.

I’ve heard he’s fake as they come. I watched that show for quite a while though. Pretty awesome guy if he’s real.

No such thing as too much green crack. They can just ship it somewhere and get their money. Most of those guys know some people on the other side of things that will gladly take it off their hands.

I am not in the industry but apparently it doesn’t work that way? Each state certifies it’s own growers? I know they shutdown one large operation for sell to out of state “wholesalers”.
