Products for tires

I was checking tire pressure today in our trucks and filling as needed… noticed my work/hunting truck tires were starting ti show a little dry rot, not a happy camper. They are good michelin 70k tires. If i had to guess they have 15k on them with tons of tread. The cracking on sidewall is on all 4 tires but its very small cracks.

Im reading online you can apply water based oils to help protect, slow down cracking. Anybody have any insight on this?

I only put 3-4k miles on truck per year, but ill start paying attention to them and the 3 trailers i have and treat them if there is something that helps. My searching online seems to be just a few products but figured i would ask.

Tires are not cheap either hey!

The crazing (or cracks) on the sidewall is caused by sunlight, possibly with sea air too. (I get it here)

There’s a small chance it’s chemical, or even manufacturing fault.

Is it all around or just on the side that faces the sun a lot?

There are water-based Tyre dressings that would possibly help, but not fix.

Its even on all 4… jan-may i drive it semi regularly as needed or take a trip down to the farm every handful of weekends, june-sept its in the road daily, oct-dec is driven weekly to farm for hunting. Lack of driving will cause it too, but im just in shock its this early.

And no, tires not cheap at all.
