Problem with new surface cleaner connections

I have a pressure washer that I have used for a few years. I have used a Karcher surface cleaner and all has been good. The Karcher just gave up so I bought an 18" Wichemi surface cleaner from Amazon. All the fittings did not work. The attached picture shows one of the wands and one of my red nozzles. The fitting on the wand has a short distance between the groove and the top nut. This will not allow it to click into place. Will I have this with any new surface cleaner?

Just so you know, this is a forum for professional washers. That thing is a cheaply made surface cleaner. It would take 4x times as long or longer to do a driveway with that. Not to mention after viewing a video or two that you could etch your concrete and the videos show dirty concrete afterwards.

To answer your question, different fittings. There are the fittings we use, and then there are the m22 quick connects (I think they are called). match your fittings and your good. here is a quick link for what we use:
