Who did you reach out to? I have no messages from you
I know some folks are making there own and lots of vendors have their own brands.
Remember thisā¦ Do NOT use teflon tape for your connections. It will eventually crack the plastic from the tape. Use pipe dope. Whatever pipe dope that doesnāt get into the threads, will push its way outside the fitting for you to wipe up as you screw it together. Lots of pictures out there showing teflon tape. But what do I know, Ive only got 350 manifolds on the market in the last 2 years
@garry.cooper @JJShope814 the biggest difference is we use a true metering valve that has a V shaped cut on the side of the ball. You have much better control of ratios with this style of valve. And yes, the GF used by others is a metering valve, but only available in 1/2". We offer a 3/4" setup which I would recommend for all pumps other than 12 volt. The 3/4" has a much higher flow rate. If youāre running AODD, booster or engine go with the 3/4". We also offer a bypass set up for running the engine powered diaphragm pumps that have a bypass like a pressure washer. This works great as well. We offer 3 versions in 1/2" or 3/4" sizes and do a lot of custom builds with multiple soap valves or options.
to your facebook page to try to find out more about it and to order one
Hey Frank, howās it going?
Your Pro-Mix-Alot is used 6 days a week every week with zero issues!
Thanks very much
Thanks @LLSSJSSAS for the quick response.
Have you done any testing to see if thereās any difference in spraying distance between the 1/2" and 3/4" setups?
Says the guy who just copied someone elseās product lol thatās a good one
damn! Ive got 43 requestsā¦ for some reason FB never notified me of these. Stand by, Im letting yāall in
Hey no worries, I believe it was on Facebook around March/April.
I just approved everyone. Let me know if you didnāt get in.
Sure thing. We have done a lot of testing. We see more distance on just about all pumps with the 3/4". The only pump there is no difference is on a 12 volt 5.5 gpm or less. We even see a slight increase on a 12 volt 7.0 gpm with the 3/4". The 3/4" has a 26% higher Cv (flow rate) over the 1/2". The pump doesnāt have to work as hard and itās not being starved, so the pump last longer, it pumps more volume or the volume itās designed to pump and the end result is a greater spraying distance.
Maybe Iām just an idiot, but Iāve never been able to find any Promix a lot facebook page. Even when I search for it nothing comes up other than some old posts where its mentioned. I think I reached out to Frank a while back and was told to just find the page on Facebook, and obviously never had any luck. I went with a system from @LLSSJSSAS as well and have been nothing but satisfied. And Brian was super helpful with setting everything up and making sure I had what I needed. And since I bought my system he has added to his product line with some pretty impressive stuff!
Brianās customer service is second to none.
Well, I must be blocked from the page for some unknown reason. Iāve never even been to any of the pages or even talked to the guy. But it definitely doesnāt work on my end even when I click the clink you posted. Oh well.
Try his Facebook group
He shut down production last I knew. I bought one years ago. Still works great. Midwest Wash Equipment has some good options.
