I do more flat work than anything, but have been asked to do a 3 story complex and I need to check my hourly pricing. For flat work I charge by the square foot but for vertical I normally go hourly. I have been going 150 to 200 an hour does this sound in line with the current market? If it helps I have an 8gpm hot water trailer rig.

I like to visually cut up a building into sections and i have a price for that section/wall size, then add up the sections and their cost.
Figure what each story should cost, then add them up.
That building looks really bad, so might take more chems/time to do it so take that into consideration
