Pricing a two story house

Down here In louisiana and trying to figure out how to price this job. I’m using a 12v system (the bandit) from pressure tek. The house is 2 story’s and as you can tell the house has some pretty good growth on it. The house is cement and brick and is at 3900 sq ft with like I said two story’s. Just trying to figure out if I was in the ball park with my pricing or not. I priced it out at $700.
Thanks for the input and the help!!!

Actually this may be considered a 1.5. I’ll ask my friend.

Yep. You should be fine at that price. A 2000’ one story can actually be a lot more to wash sometimes than a 3000’ 2 story. More gutters, soffit, corners, etc. But that one looks pretty easy except for being kind of in dis-repair. Don’t go too hot on your mix, or you’ll flake that paint off. In fact would warn owner that it may flake in places if paint is older. Going to take a long time to rinse with your bandit. 1/3 wash - 2/3 rinse.

Thanks for the good info Racer!!! Yea I figured it would take awhile with the bandit. I’ll be sure to inform him about the paint. He told me he was repainting it later on. He told me he wasn’t thinking about not doing the front of the house but what ever I though would be fine. Front isn’t horrible but it would just be evenly washed. So if the whole house is 700 what do u think I should do for just the sides and the back? That’s where all the bad stuff is at.

$650. You’re doing all the time consuming stuff. Plus you’ll still have the same amount of setup and teardown time.

Thanks Alex!! Appreciate your input.

Racer, my plan was to go 3:1.5. It sounds like I may just need to do 3:1… what you think?

I’d start at 1 -1.5%. Err on the side of caution, so closer to 1% but that should do it, might just have to let dwell for 10min. But I’d rather hit with a couple of lite coats if necessary vs a real strong one.

And Alex is right on pricing.

Got it!! you the man!! Appreciate all the help. I’ll put pictures up after just to show the results.

I’m thinking my 60 gallon should be enough…

You’ll just have to see what it takes. I think it may take more than that on that one. Just depends on how the brick absorbs it and how many coats.

My prices are based on $100 per hour. A house like that would take me 1.5 hours max. Unfortunately we have some really cheap people in our area, so most of us are around $150 for residential, but I can do 5 a day. I just did a 7 bedroom, 3 story beach rental and charged $500 which took me 4 hours.

Aim a little higher  I am working hard to get to $200 an hour. I am looking for a niche that will hit that sweet $500 spot. I don’t think it is in houses though.
