Do you consider North American Pressure Wash Outlet to be reputable?

Never heard of them. If they support PWNA, lie about machine specs or pitch “softwash” systems, I steer clear of them.

I’ve seen them recommended here as a source for goodyear hoses. So far my experience with them has been extremely subpar. I’m trying to figure out if I am an unlucky customer or a typical one.

They’re ok…about 30 min drive from me. Typically overpriced on just about everything though. Good folks, just too overpriced. The Pump Outlet/North Georgia Airless is better if you’re local to the area, otherwise, I’d check around with vendors on here. JGB hose is good for grey non-marking hose.

Any brick and mortar vendor will be more expensive than an online vendor. That’s ok. Most have problems work pwp due to their business ethics and issues with honesty.

I ordered around 3-4K worth of products from pressure washer products around a month ago… mine got shipped to my house on a pallet within 4 business days. But some reels I ordered were on back order until like august which I didn’t see when I ordered them so I canceled the reel orders and bought from another website which had them in stock. I’m happy with the fast shipping and the products arrived in immaculate condition but there are so many factors going on with shipping in the world right now that can impact shipping dates. But like everyone said, a local vendor would be the best option even if it’s more expensive. I just didn’t really think all that through prior to purchasing everything

I get that. NAPWO isn’t really even brick n mortar though, which is the crazy part. Their “store” is a small finished off room in the basement of their house. Old in-ground swimming pool is partially filled in and used for a sh tank. Cloudy sh too. Attached garage is the “shop”. Other brick n mortars around here are typically 20% cheaper on same exact parts. They usually just drop-ship parts and keep very little in stock.

How does the famous bob from pressuretek sell an extra 500psi for $44. What am I missing here. Emphasis being on the “@“ then followed by the psi and both being 8gpm. I’m puzzled.

The difference is the motor.

GX630 vs GX690

The 690 puts out the extra boost.

But with the extra boost comes the extra gas efficiency.

I have used both machines on my trucks.

You do notice the boost in power with the 690, but your going to notice the gas usage even more.

I get the power difference but the gx690 hasn’t got enough for 3500psi pushing 8gpm. gpm X psi / 1100. Why would it be sold as an 8gpm @3500. It isn’t that.

I agree. Gx690 doesn’t give 8@3500. Bob and I disagree on that but we are 20 year friends and I won’t let that come between us. Bob doesn’t support orgs though, so it balances out.

I recently had the same experience with PWP. Order parts and they shipped half of them which did no good without the other half & the order was not correct. The problem is their website does not link with their inventory system. They will either cancel or put the order on backorder indefinitely. I ended going to Sprayer Depot to get my reels and they were at my door step in 3 days.
