I’m have an issue with my Simpson contractor 3000. It starts up fine. But once I release the trigger it doesn’t seem to want to idle. It shuts the Machine off and seems to backfire. I blew a 50ft hose from this as well.
Also there are leaks as you can see.

Yup, something wrong with the unloader valve. Have you tried backing it off a bit?
Yeah I took it apart cause I was worried about the spring being jammed so I might have tightened it too much. I’ll try and loosen it and see what happens
If you don’t know how to set an unloader, then taking it apart isn’t going to help you. This is how people get hurt.
