Sounds like a plan, good luck. That machines will make a good back up at some point. Still carry around my 4gpm on my trailer that I put about 20 hours/year on. Will use occasionally if I need a stronger pull or just for kicks once or twice a year on a house just to make me appreciate what I have now more, lol.
It will sure make an amazing backup. Gonna keep a spare pump for it and the engine will have a replacement warranty for 2 years to if for some reason to backup ends up breaking down too, lol.
if you do decide to run a gear drive use Lucas in the drive It will one make it last long and it quieten the gears down alot.
