Pressure Tek’s magic carpet

How does Pressure Tek ship so quick?

Ordered some new guns and a few gallons of cling on/eliminator . Ordered 4pm yesterday… at my door step this morning. Unbelievable.

Ordered a new steal eagle sc from water cannon and probably won’t see it for a few weeks

Everytime I’ve ordered from PressureTek it has gotten to my door in no more than 2 days and sometimes the next day…they are amazing and reliable

It’s kinda bonkers. It’s like they’re reading your mind at 5:00 or 6:00 am the morning you first think about ordering and by the time you order that night it’s already in line for the super accurate intrastate slingshot.

Joking aside, it’s legitimately like they ship it before you order it.

It is crazy made a couple of orders to four vendors this past Sunday they had it here Tuesday other vendor Friday and two today and there shipping prices are the best

Bob and Pressure tek are awesome,I have been buy from him for years. He is my go to guy.Shipping is always spot on and always a pleasure to talk with Bob for a minute.

Shaun is really good. His customer service is fantastic as well as his follow up

When I was on ptstate I’ll I would Hear is how great bob is . I had a list of Parts I needed so I called bob . He was very nice said he would check and call me back . He never did so I called the next day and left a message and the following day as well . Never heard back. Haven’t tried to order from him since. I didn’t take it personally i figured things happen maybe he went out of town or something. It didn’t bother me until I look at ptstate and he had been posting on there every day. It was strange because he was so nice on the phone.

It’s mainly the fact that they do real time processing vs batch processing. How quick they get your order packaged and out the door is what amazes me…not Fed Ex

He must have been having a bad day both times I talked to him. It happens. But he was short. Talked to me like I was bugging him. I dont talk to my customers that way, dont see why he needs to.

My orders take 2-3 days usually. I order elemonator online. If I need to speak to someone, or buy something other than soap, I usually go elsewhere. Nothing supernatural in my experiences.

Having spent days and weeks with Bob in campers, cabins and tents, I don’t know how he does it. 30 calls an hour, usually someone asking the same question about something simple, but he answered them all. Insane. One of those trips was to pigeon forge and Shaun and Russ Johnson came down. Those are good times

I live equal distances from the Fedex hub in Memphis and the UPS hub in Louisville, so just about everything I order is 1 day or 2 day even with the cheap-o ground service. I guess I’m just spoiled.

Years ago the Power Wash Store sold me an Unloader that wouldn’t work for my machine. I spent 2 weeks back and forth with them trying to get it to work. They stopped calling me back because I my opinion they know they sold me the wrong unloader. I didn’t find out itvwas the wrong unloader till I turned to the forums for answers. I’ll never give them another dollar! They are either stupid or screwed me on purpose.

Why didn’t you order the one you needed?

My orders from Bob come in 2 days usually as well. I’m right in New York state, and I think they ship from ohio so it doesn’t take terribly long. I’ve never had luck getting someone from PT on the phone, however I have gotten Bob thru email. And the response via email is sufficient to me, plus they have that rapid response thingy which is the same thing. I wouldn’t say its "rapid " but they will respond to you and answer your question, when they can. On a different note, shop window cleaning resource .com has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life ! Live chat that immediately connects you to a human being who will literally chat with you for as long as it takes and answer any question and help you pick out the right products. If pressure tek had a live chat, and maybe a bigger inventory, I think theyd probably be the best site to order from bar none.

I bought a machine from them with the K7 unloader upgrade. They didn’t install it so I called and the mailed it to me. Long story short, the K7 they sent me doesn’t work on 4k psi machines. I figured this out and tried to get the right unloader or my money back but Paul stopped returning my calls. I was starting out and having a machine down in the beginning of my season totally screwed me.

I have to admit, maybe I’m old school but I do like to talk to people when I have questions or having problems. I’ve never gotten through to anyone at PressureTek on the phone. I have used their rapid response form on the website and yes, they respond fairly quickly. But sometimes it would be nice to have someone answer the phone. I completely understand them being busy and understand that they have tons of people calling. But might be something they should look into. Sounds like I’m not the only one. I do love their products and the shipping times though. Guess that makes up for the lack of communication.

I was impressed with the shipping times from Russ Johnson as well. He took the time to talk me through exchanging a pump and all the questions I had about setting up a buffer tank and parts I needed for that. He never seemed in a hurry to get off the phone…and I know he’s busy. It’s good to know there’s some reliable sources for this business that have been doing it for a while…even for guys just starting out.

Submitted an order at 9:54am this morning.
Shipping label was created at 10:49am.
Order goes out this afternoon, and ETA is Friday by end of day.
Shipping was only $15 to a residential address, on a 15 lb order (1 gallon of elemonator, plus a k5 unloader and some odds & ends)

The only time I’ve received comparable shipping speeds from anyone other than Amazon Prime was WCR while they still maintained their own warehouse. (Now that they drop ship, you’re at the mercy of the various distributors. Stuff that’s fulfilled by JRac still arrives in 2-3 days, usually)

So yeah, they’re on top of their order fulfillment game at PressureTek
