I placed order on monday and still didn’t ship today, place also hasn’t answered phone. They sent me a order conformation and said they will let me know once it was shipped.
Is that normal?
For them, yes. Find a more reputable company

all pressure city does is drop ship from Barons. their owners seem very agressive and quick to attack customers on their facebook group page “Pressure wash mafia” or whatever its called.

I made a post about a mad Max 4gpm with under 50 hours burned up the plastic fan and the belts flipped upside down.
They came back and said your suppose to tighten the frame bolts after 10 hours and I’m like WTF, had to get a home Depot rental and that was a piece of ■■■■.
Anyways long story short their orders take a while, and they asked me to delete the post

@Hotshot I don’t believe so. They use to sell his chems but something happened and they dropped them.
