You mentioned in another thread that you use pens. How have those worked for you? Do you still use them? What do they say on them? Where did you get them and how much are they each?
No, i wanted to use them.
Just got a price, minimum of i think 300, at .45 each
I’d get at least 1k of them them, but at that price might not be worth it, but that was just one local shop i asked for a quote
50 to 100 sounds like way too few, go hard or go home. Get at least 1k. I was recommended to keep stopping by the Property managers offices every month, get social, drop off pens (because people take them home everywhere) and eventually they’d call you
Mold remediation is different work and I believe you need a certification for that, I’d stick with ‘pressure washing and more’

The most I go is about 30 miles an hour and most days it takes 15-20 minutes to go 5 miles because of traffic. Also, you can glue them to plywood or another substance for stability. If it becomes and issue I can use them for billboards in vacant yards. I already got an approval from a few vacant yard owners. A few 4 x 4 poles and 2 x 4s can do that.
