Pretty much. If I got 0.25 per square foot for concrete, I’d rename my business super duper concrete and driveway cleaning. com, and market the crap out of it and have nothing but riding surface cleaners on my trailer.

I hear you. I just can’t wrap my mind around a 8k sq ft drive, that thing most of cost 100k or more. Concrete is expensive where I live, maybe it is cheaper there. Must be wealthy people’s houses.
Do you have a minimum for doing a driveway if it’s not an add-on?
$150 minimum for any job unless it’s an old(er) or handicapped person and they need a small area done then I just do what needs to be done.

Thanks for the pic. Yeah they got loot for a drive like that. In my neck of the woods that is still over 100k to get done.
On second thought it was probably a 40-50k job, in total. Looks like several pours. Probably at least 14k in concrete alone.

Central Kentucky area, no issues with .20-.25. Some companies advertise for .32, so…just price what the market can handle and gives you.
I would assume outside of Louisville and Lexington you’d have to drop down to .15 or less.
Here’s tomorrow’s job. He wants every bit of concrete done plus the sidewalk on the street, 4000 sq/ft.

Homes this size run about $750,000 or more, farmland is converted to high end housing. Very common here.
You’re getting a grand for that?
I’d schedule another one or two for the day and make it a $2000-$3000 day. 
If the supply was there you could make a good living doing concrete only working 3 days a week.

Post treatment should take care of remaining stains pretty quickly. Did an extremely dirty drive today, after cleaning had very noticeable lines in a few areas and some remaining tannin and mold stains. Hit it with 3-4% and it was gone in less than a minute. Is your SH fresh? You buying in bulk or gallon jugs?
Eh, kinda old. It dates to May. In my business it’s hard to gauge how much I’ll need and I bought too much.
No, my minimum is.20, but usually get the.25.
I’d bet that weak SH is your issue then. That 3% mix could be more like 1.5%

Or maybe not rinsing soon enough. If your overlapping, then lines are likely just resettled dirt. Always post treat.
Is that a thing, dirt can adhere back to the concrete?
If you dont rinse it quick enoigh, it becomes a nuisance to rinse.
I post treat sometimes but then after it drys fully there’s salts left all over the place. Do you guys do a final rinse after it dries to remove them? Sometimes I don’t want to do it because I think the client might not like seeing it.
