Pool cleaning help

Does anybody have any ideas how to get this pool cleaner? The stains appear to be from a combination of clay, dead leaves and algae.
I washed with 2.5% sh and eliminator 10 minutes dwell with a 500 psi rinse followed by a 1000 psi rinse. Then 2.5% sh with cling on roof wash, with 15 minutes dwell. followed by a 2500 psi rinse, then oxalic acid brightening and a 500 psi rinse.
The customer is happy and we had to call it quits due to time constraints. I feel like I should be able to do better. I thought about using muriatic acid, but I wasn’t sure what that would do to the lining and texture of the pool. Would TSP work? Does any one have advice to offer?

That’s all organic staining… SH should be all you need…

I would have done a roof mix, And let it dwell some… and reapply if needed then post treat it and walk away

A hotter mix would’ve likely yielded much better results, however, considering how bad it was to begin with I think your results were more than fair. Yes, muriatic acid can be used to good effect but that would typically be done when the pool is filled. It’s called an “acid bath” and when I was a pool guy we would’ve charged $1,500 to $1,800 for a pool that size. I bet 4-5% with a touch more surfactant would clean it up pretty well.

I once pulled over 200 bags of leaves, about 150 dead frogs, three dead rabbits, countless lizards and two decent sized snakes out of a pool. THAT was gross.

And not even 1 partridge  I call bs @DisplacedTexan

You know now that you mention it…

Okay, thanks I figured regular sh was probably the best thing for it. The pool probably has enough normal where and tare to justify resurfacing of some kind. I don’t plan on getting into that.

It looks a bit better full.
