I have washed about 6 cages so far but ran into an issue today I have never had before.I use your typical house wash for the job, 10.5 sh and surfactant downstreamed. The white finish on the cage looked like it was coming off when I sprayed on the solution. I didnt do much and stopped asap. Has anyone had this issue before or can someone tell me if I did something wrong?
How much pressure are you putting on it? Chances are it’s oxidized, so the powder is just washing off.

Thats was the only thing I could think of. I wasnt using much pressure at all.
Put it in a pump up sprayer and then rinse with a hose. Be the easiest thing
Cant reach those tall sections above pool with a pump sprayer. I backed out of that job.
