I’ve thought of that a few times. I have the option to attach pictures to the invoice as well but have only done it for a property management company I have done jobs for.

I try and always send before and after pictures when I send the invoice unless it’s something that just isn’t that noticeable. It’s one thing remembering what it looked like before but pictures really show them the difference. I always do it with decks. Most of them end up sharing them on their Facebook page or with their Google review. I had one lady share the before and after on her Facebook and I ended up booking 8 more decks within the next 48 hours.

That’s great, and that’s what I was thinking can happen, it’s natural marketing straight from the customer.
