Plumbing on my trailer

Good evening gentlemen, just purchased my first 9 GPM very excited! Currently running my 5gpm hot skid. But I need to add a second line coming out. Need to get maximum flow out of the tank didn’t know if I should go 1 inch with a split after the filter. Or split straight out of the tank and run larger pipes. Need your advice gonna tackle this in the morning.

Run a separate bulkhead for each machine. Do away with PVC as much as possible

So you’re saying use more reinforced hose Correct?

From the ball valve, vacuum hose to filter, vacuum hose from filter to machine. One inch. Don’t used the reinforced hose. It will collapse when it’s hot

Agri supply, if you have one close to you.

I have suction hose, rigid PVC wouldnt work for me… but with the rigidness favoring PVC how is it not more beneficial?

PVC doesn’t flex enough and is to rigid to be mounted on something that bounces down the road, over hill and Dale.

Gotcha…makes perfect sense

Since I’m running 2 machines should I do a split off the tank or do you think I can get enough flow Running a split from the back of the filter

Take note of what Mr Grump replied first. One bulkhead per machine.
