If they have the experience for tackling a job like this, I would defer to their judgment on pricing.
But my plan was to grow to where i can employee alot of people especially the homeless and the veterans thats able to work thats my biggest goal
Did they give you scope of work paperwork
The property manager walked me around saying what they wanted done and for me to write a bid itemizing each thing that she explained to be done and submit to her so that corporate can approve it
Thatās awesome but youāre looking at quite a few years before youāre at that point. One job isnāt going to get you there or prevent you from getting there.
Do you run your 24" surface cleaner off one machine or are the two machines hooked in tandem?
Okay, whose alter is this?
Speak up or Iāll be forced to call in the big dogs with the true forensic abilities around here.

As a ānewā washer with one year experience, thereās no way I would attempt such a beast at my level of expertise. Iām barely comfortable with driveways and vinyl siding.

Maybe i havent been clear enough but im just a newbie to owning and bidding on pressure washing jobs i been pressure washing since 2003 so i know how to do the work i just never had to bid or quote prices for companies apartments etcā¦

Best quote of the day!
How so i just have trouble judging somtimes or should i say i dont wanna under bid myself i just thought i was asking some veterans business owners to lend a little help to a fresh pup thats all everyone need help once in a while
You gotta understand though. We donāt talk $ on here very much about bidding jobs. To much confusion between different states, regions and even countries,to many different variables. But someone might PM you personally. Not me ,lol. I wash stuff on rubber. But maybe somebody.
What one person has to make and what another has to make to make a good living are not going to be the same. So no one can tell you what to bid nor should they. Most shoot for 150-200 per hour. The easiest way to bid on bigger projects itās to break it up into small sections and add your time up and multiply it by how much you need to make
Have you noticed weāve been getting more of these type questions lately than normal
