Do you any pressure washing experience. That’s not the type of job you take if you are new to this industry. But you could always partner with someone who does. You will learn alot and get paid. Do you have the equipment and insurance to tackle this job

I would take the job… but book it in for at least a month to a month and a half in advance if you can. In the meantime start reading, and practice on your home / family members, and then do a few residential sales. Once you have 20 or so houses under your belt go ahead with this one. Get some practice in, and do a TON of reading. Make sure you have proper insurance, licensing, etc. This will just be a larger version of the houses you are already doing.

How do i send to him

Yea i am new but i did around 10 homes and i just recently got a contract with a fast food chain doing their drive thru and dumpster and entrance i never priced a apartment xomplex before so i dont know what to expect or how low is to cheap or to high i wanna be fair to myself and the customer

Well what part of the world are you in
Alot to think about with apartment buildings. Make sure you have the insurance for that type of work. Work with the property manager to notify the tenants make sure you give them at least 48 hours notice. Be very careful of run down you dont want people getting chemical on them to be honest you dont want them to get water on them. Railing looks close to siding be careful about you pressure and nozzle distance. .

I would bet you they have alot of cheap door knobs dont get hw on them or put pressure near the door seals or windows. Make sure you tape off all the outside electrical boxes door knobs peep holes, cable or satellite connections. Do they have water on site? Does each apartment have a balcony? What are the hand rails made out of? Are the steps and landing wood concrete or steel. Is the building sprinkled. Are you doing any gum removal or stain removal?

Always remember ink is cheap. And your phone dont charge you for pictures. Take lots of them and good ones. Documentation may be the difference between a good day and a really bad o e

No offense but yes i should im good at pricing homes restaurants and gas stations i just thought. Maybe apartment complexes may be priced different being so big

You’re very new at this. I like your confidence but remember sometimes you make more by walking away. Do what you can to stay in business and keep a good reputation.

I would need you to awnser all of those questions for me to help you. Or just price it by the square foot. I really suggest you partner with another more experienced company. I’m not trying to be a ■■■ but you have only done 10 jobs I do more than that a week.

Thats understandable but i wasnt gonna try to tackle it myself i have another company i network with and i was gonna split with them i just need to know how to go about pricing

Its water onsite the dont have any sockets outside the doors the steps is concrete with metal framing its brick and vinyl the railings are plastic

What type of equipment do you have

Its no balconies i have 2 3gpm washers 24in surface cleaner

I also have telescoping wands and i was thinking of renting a lift but i dont think i need a lift and the guy im gonna get to help has 2 5gpm washers ladders and a surface cleaner

So he is on your Insurance policy? Workmans comp policy. Mike I hate to say this but you are taking a huge risk. Why would a apartment complex like that contact a company that has only done 10 house and o e commercial building. I love your enthusiasm but I think you are putting the cart before the horse.
