Pickup Truck Setup For Sale

Hello All,

First, thanks a ton to all of you who helped me put this build together. You may or may not remember, I was doing this as a part time gig to start. Well, I never got it off the ground because I have a new job. No down time with the new job, so all my hard work of learning how to put this together can now be someone else’s first setup, or maybe would work as a good 2nd truck if you are looking to expand.

I only have 6 hours on this engine! Really only used it for testing and playing around at my own house. All equipment is virtually brand new. I’m located in Indianapolis, IN. Would consider traveling up to 100 miles or so if someone is interested in the whole package.

My first choice would be to sell the truck and all equipment as a package. If I don’t find a deal there, I’ll break the equipment off the truck and sell things separately.

Asking $15,000 for the truck & all equipment listed below.

The Details:

2008 Chevy Silverado 1500 Extended Cab - 6.5’ bed
4x4
5.3L V8
162,500 miles
Clean IN title in hand

The truck is in good shape. Definitely showing it’s age a bit cosmetically. You’ll see some rust around both rear wheel wells & a little on the front rocker panels. Last winter I treated the rust with POR-15 and applied a bed liner material to try to protect it. Seems to have mostly worked well, although it is peeling in one spot.

Truck is mechanically sound. Service engine light has been on for at least 75,000 miles. It’s some emissions thing I’ve never fixed - don’t remember exactly what it was. Never had a problem with the truck at all. Did major service at 100k miles - plugs, all belts/hoses, all fluids, 4x4 service, etc. Not much since then, aside from routine oil changes. Tires are in good shape - would probably replace in the next year.

Would you be willing to separate? I’d love that vertical tank. And i’m just down the street from you

I’m gonna give it a little time to see if I find a buyer for the whole package first. Will let you know if I start peeling things off. Thanks.

Figured that, but I’d be interested in the reels and the 55 gallon vertical

Had any inquiries?

A couple, yes.
