Photos of supply line connected to your Hudson float

Gonna be installing my hudson valve on my buffer tank this week. Curious to see how others have their supply hose connected to their valve. If anyone has pictures of their connections I’d love to see them!

Not sure what your question is? Just run a hose from your reel to valve.Suggest at least a 3/4" line

I have mine how @Racer has his. Elbow and Y connection. It’s in his YouTube video.

Is that a question?

Yes, this is how it’s set up on truck norris, for now, anyway.

What’s all that nasty white stuff laying around? Sounds like you might be getting some more soon.

Thanks infinity. And how do you have that clear hose connected to the supply?

I have a supply reel with 1” plumbing, and a 1” banjo y-filter.

I can swivel the connection around if the spigot is on either side.

I used to use a Hudson float valve but it kept getting clogged up with stuff. So I just took it off. If my tank overflows I shut the water off

That’s a lot of water restriction

Yeah that’s my worry. Just going to set it up like dcbrock and connect my hose directly to it. I have two 100 foot sections on a reel so I’ll just unwind what i need - seems the easiest way.

HV for three years off well water , no issue

Mine? Seems to work fine, it’s always at least 3/4 full no matter how much I’m on the trigger.

What’s the green hose for?

To pull clean water through my DS injector

LOL, means you’re not working hard enough. Stay on that trigger and quit lounging around so much. :stuck_out_tongue: But I agree, why restrict it down so much
