Pavers with gravel

Has anyone here done pavers with gravel, I’ve been using my surface cleaner on other pavers, just not sure if it will work with gravel in between

I soft washed them. Customer did not want the gravel blown every where. If I had used pressure I was going to put a 2x4 or 2x6 down next to one side at a time. I didn’t end up doing that. It would have been tedious.

Yea the one I’m doing tomorrow is a driveway and back patio, they’re no more then like a quarter inch of space between the bricks/stones. And where I’ve only seen sand in most of them here in Florida it’s little stones

What % did you use?

2% he has a lot of landscaping done

The pavers towards the front look like they could’ve been hit with a little stronger mix or maybe just hit again.

Agreed but the owner was happy and didn’t want me to go stronger. He really loves his plants. I hand scrubbed some stuff off his columns that were surrounded by plants that wouldn’t have like any strength of SH. Nice guy though.

Communication is the key with customers! If he’s happy, you’re happy.

Should have sprayed a 50/50 mix with a pump up. No over spray so the plants would have been fine. Always keep pump ups with you if you don’t already. I’m assuming you do lol

I do have pump ups haha and I recommended it but he was very very very concerned as his entire backyard had recently been landscaped. At that point I said I can go stronger with a pump up but he was just too concerned.

I think the pavers looked better with the moss lol

Gives it character right? Lol

You’re not alone either. I’ve had multiple customers opt not to clean them because they like the look. They do clean up nice though.
